The service, simply

Accurate details.
Owner-approved changes.

We check your hours, services, service area and reviews, document proposed fixes, and prepare the wording. You stay in control of what goes live.

New to Google Business Profile?

It’s the free business listing Google shows on Search and Maps: your name, hours, phone number, service area, services, photos and customer reviews. You own it.

We review the one profile you already own. This is a fixed clean-up, not advertising, website work or a monthly marketing retainer. Live edits happen only with a second, separate written OK.

The founding-client package

One profile.
Eight clear deliverables.

$249 USD, paid once. No subscription. Expand any item for the scope.

Everything we write is a draft or a proposal until you approve it in writing.

We check

  1. 0112-point public-profile audit

A 12-point, screenshot-backed check of the information and customer-facing elements visible on your listing.

  2. 02Profile information review

Category, services, hours, service area, contact details and attributes, checked against facts you confirm.

We propose

  1. 03Proposed change log

Every recommended fix, line by line: what the listing says now, what it should say, and why. You approve each one.

We write

  1. 04Review-reply drafts up to 10

Replies to genuine reviews already on your profile, written in your company’s voice.

  2. 05Google post drafts exactly 2

Two short updates, written only from information you supply or approve.

  3. 06Review-request wording

A neutral message to send customers, plus instructions for using your own review link. No incentives, no cherry-picking.

We hand over

  1. 07Screenshots and baseline note

Screenshots of approved work, plus a note recording how the profile looked before we started.

  2. 0830-day upkeep plan

A short checklist and handoff for keeping the profile accurate yourself after we finish.

Illustrative sample

From a gap to a clear next step.

This fictional example shows how an observation becomes an owner-controlled recommendation. It is not client work, a real profile result, or evidence of improved rankings, calls, leads, or revenue.

Fictional demonstrationChange log · Item 01 · Hours
We noticed
Hours say Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–5 p.m., but the description says “available 24/7.” A homeowner can’t tell which is true.
We asked
“Do you take emergency calls after 5 p.m.? On which days, and until what time?”
Owner replied
“Weeknights until 10 p.m. No after-hours calls on weekends.” (fictional answer)
We propose
Keep hours at Mon–Fri 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Change the description line to: “After-hours emergency calls answered weeknights until 10 p.m.”

“The tech showed up on time and explained why our heat pump kept icing up.”

Fictional 5-star review

Draft replyThank you for taking the time to write this. We’re glad our technician arrived on time and could explain what was going on with your heat pump. We appreciate you choosing us.

Responds only to what the reviewer said. No discounts, no new promises.

Google post draft1 of exactly 2

Cooler nights are coming. We’re booking heat pump and furnace check-ups in [service area you confirm]. Call [your number] to schedule a visit.

Anything in brackets is filled in only from facts you confirm.

Meant for every customer, not only happy ones, and never tied to a reward.

How it works

Four start conditions. Then 48 hours.

We begin the 48-hour delivery window only after all four start conditions are complete.

Before the clock starts

  1. 1

    Payment settles

The one-time $249 service payment has cleared.

  2. 2

    Intake is complete

You provide the business information and assets needed for the work.

  3. 3

    Manager access works

You invite our dedicated Google account as a manager. We never ask for your password or MFA code.

  4. 4

    Facts are approved

You confirm in writing the business facts and claims required for the drafts.

The delivery window

We do the check and write everything.

You receive all eight deliverables as one package. At this point nothing on your live profile has changed.

After you review

Live edits need a second, separate OK.

Approving the facts is not permission to publish. We change the live profile or publish a post only after you approve that specific action in writing.

Then it’s yours to keep up.

You follow the 30-day upkeep plan, and you remove our manager access when the work is finished.

About Google’s timing

Google controls its own review, acceptance, publication and propagation timing. Those platform timelines are outside the 48-hour delivery promise.

Client control is built in

No password handoff. No surprise edits.

You remain the profile owner. Proposed facts and claims require your written approval, and draft delivery is separate from publication or live profile changes.

Access, approvals and offboarding
  1. Manager access onlyYour primary ownership stays with you.

  2. Written approvalsFacts and claims are confirmed before use.

  3. Documented changesBefore-and-after evidence stays in the handoff.

  4. Clean offboardingYou remove manager access when the work is finished.

Straight answers

Questions before the sprint

These terms keep the work narrow, auditable and under the business owner's control.

Is Local Visibility Sprint part of Google?

No. Local Visibility Sprint is an independent third-party service. Google Business Profile itself is free. The $249 charge is for our service work.

Do you guarantee better rankings or more calls?

No. We do not guarantee rankings, placement, calls, leads, revenue, Google's acceptance of an edit, or the time Google takes to display a change.

Will you need my Google password?

No. You invite a dedicated operator account as a manager. We do not request or store your password, MFA code, recovery code, or primary ownership.

Can you publish changes without asking me?

No. Facts and claims require written approval, and live profile edits or post publication require separate written approval. Draft delivery is not permission to publish.

How do I end the service or remove access?

You can discontinue the service and ask us to relinquish our Business Profile permissions. We will provide a quick offboarding route and remove our management permissions within seven business days of your notice. You retain ownership of the profile throughout.

What happens if the package is late?

If we do not supply every listed deliverable within 48 hours after payment, intake, working manager access and required factual approvals are all complete, you may request a full refund. Google-controlled timing is not part of that promise.

Who is behind the service?

Local Visibility Sprint is operated by founder and owner Micah Adint, using the public seller name Artie Iverson, from Gallatin, Tennessee. The working business name is not represented here as an LLC, corporation or Google partner.

Where are the full service and refund terms?

Read the service, refund and cancellation terms. This is a pre-launch preview, not an open order or checkout. Questions about support, refunds, cancellation or privacy can be sent to localartie@gmail.com. Final seller and payment requirements must be verified before orders open.
